First of all, you submit a detailed brief outlining your business goals, main customer profile and the required deliverables.
Depending on the scope of your project, we may request a face-to-face meeting to further discuss your brief. In addition, we may suggest a discovery phase.

We will send you a detailed quote and also give you a timeline that we will work towards.
Once you are happy with the proposed fee and timeframe, we ask that you approve the quote so we know you are ready to proceed.
We will get started on some grand ideas and work within your budget and timeline to deliver them.

We await feedback and comments from you so that we can adjust the concepts accordingly and start to refine our designs. We include 3 rounds of changes in our quotes.
Once all the changes have been made and the design is all done, we’ll send you one final proof to check.
We ask that you check over the final proof carefully and provide written approval to finalise the files.
We will spend time preparing and optimising the final artwork. We will then send these off to print and/or supply them to you.
We will send you an invoice upon completion of the project with a 7 day payment term. We do accept credit card payments (please note these incur a 1.5% surcharge).
The project is now complete and we are ready to start on your next one.
